WYOMISSING, PA March 2, 2010 — Distributed Systems Services (DSS) is pleased to announce that Mary L. Bosack has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Bosack joined DSS in June 2008 as the company’s Controller and is based in the firm’s Wyomissing headquarters.

Bosack received her Bachelors degree in Professional Accountancy and her Masters of Business Administration from Penn State University. She has 15 years of accounting experience and is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.
